Bali Blue Moon has a trademark bluish hue derived from its wet-hulled processing method, Giling Basah. This offering is cultivated along citrus trees in the volcanic soils of Mt Agung. A cool, citrus/floral sparkle at medium roast, or a big, classic-Indo flav at dark roast and beyond.
