Another Farm-direct offering from our friends in northern Nicaragua. This Parainema varietal is a large screen-size and tastes wonderful at any roast. Definitely a Cocoa-monster. From milk-chocolate at medium, to bittersweet carob into dark. There is a lot of TLC in this lot. Quite a treat!
