New crop! This Hala Tree Farm lot comes from their terraced, 6 acres overlooking Kealakekua Bay in the Kona Belt. We think this bean does well at medium to in-between roast territory. You will want to get the island-sweet notes. Cocoa-nutty with subtle floral accents as the cup cools. Volcanic loam soil does something magical to plants. Never treated with pesticides.
