ETHIOPIA LIMU GR 2

Geo-epicenter of coffee. Limu, western Ethiopia, is very near the birthplace of Arabica coffee. This region shares many coffee-characteristics with the southern regions of Sidamo and Yirgacheffe. Limu is definitely not as spicey as Kenyan coffees, in general. This lot has a slight brightness, floral and citrus at medium. Muted and calm. Darker roasts build from a pleasant, caramel-carob to pipe-tobacco & Scotch at French.
